Easy Pinakbet


INGREDIENTS

2 cloves of garlic minced
1 red onion
1 tomato
2 tablespoon Gourmet Bagoong by Riceype
1/2 kilo of Mixed Vegetables Pinakbet
1 Cup Water


PREPARATION

1. Sautee garlic, onion and tomato
2. Add Bagoong when tomato is soft
3. Add Pinakbet Vegetables, mix well
4. Add Water 
5. Cover and simmer until vegetable is cooked
6. Serve hot
7. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS


Left over Corned beef (you can also use one straight from the can)
Lumpiang Shanghai


PREPARATION


1. Wrap 1 tablespoon of Corned Beef in 1 Lumpia Wrapper
2. Fry until golden brown
3. Serve while hot
4. Use your favorite dip!
5. Enjoy

Buffalo Chicken Feet by Riceype


INGREDIENTS


Chicken Feet (boiled until tender)
1 cup flour
1/2 TBSP chili powder
salt and pepper to taste

Buffalo Sauce:
1/2 Stick of butter
Hot Sauce (as much as you want)


PREPARATION


1. Combine  flour, chili powder, salt and pepper
2. Set aside for 30 mins
3. Fry till golden brown
4. Melt butter on a separate pan
5. Add hot sauce
6. Mix in fried chicken feet
7. Serve with a simple mayo.
8. Enjoy!
