Easy Pinakbet
INGREDIENTS
2 cloves of garlic minced
1 red onion
1 tomato
2 tablespoon Gourmet Bagoong by Riceype
1/2 kilo of Mixed Vegetables Pinakbet
1 Cup Water
PREPARATION
1. Sautee garlic, onion and tomato
2. Add Bagoong when tomato is soft
3. Add Pinakbet Vegetables, mix well
4. Add Water
5. Cover and simmer until vegetable is cooked
6. Serve hot
