INGREDIENTS
Left over Corned beef (you can also use one straight from the can)
Lumpiang Shanghai
PREPARATION
1. Wrap 1 tablespoon of Corned Beef in 1 Lumpia Wrapper
2. Fry until golden brown
3. Serve while hot
4. Use your favorite dip!
5. Enjoy
