KFC Hotshots And Gravy Ala Riceype




INGREDIENTS:

GRAVY:
BUTTER 2 TABLESPOON
FLOUR 1/2 CUP
WATER 1 AND 1/2 CUP
BEEF CUBE 1/2
PEPPER

 CHICKEN FILLET CUT INTO CUBES 2 PCS
SALT
PEPPER
CHILLI POWDER
FLOUR 1 1/2 CUP
LIGHTLY BEATEN EGG

PREPARATION:


For the gravy..
1. Melt butter over low heat
2. slowly and little by little add flour and mix with wisk to make a roux
3. Add water litle by little while mixing.
4. Add pepper
5. add beef cube
6. add a little bit of water to get the consistency of gravy..

Hotshots
1. Cut chicken fillet to bite size or hotshot size.
2. Add pepper, chilli powder, and salt and mix well and then set aside
3. Add pepper, chilli powder, and salt to flour and mix well.
4. Drenched chicken fillet to flour mixture.
5. Coat with lightly beaten egg
6. Drench with flour again
7. Fry till crispy
8. Serve with a smile.
