Maling (luncheon meat)3/4 Cups Flour
1 Medium size egg
3/4 Cups Flour
PREPARATION
1. Cut the Maling in sticks
2. Dredge in flour
3. Dip in beaten egg
4. Lay the strips in the bread crumbs, turn it over and press it into the breading to evenly coat.
5. Dip in egg again
6. Lay the strips in the bread crumbs, turn it over and press it into the breading to evenly coat again.
7. Fry in hot oil.
8. Serve with a mixture of ketchup and mayo
