Chicken Teriyaki Ala Tokyo Tokyo


INGREDIENTS

2 chicken breasts, diced into bite sized cubes
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
2 cloves garlic
¼ teaspoon fresh grated ginger
1/4 Teaspoon Sesame oil

INSTRUCTION

1. Heat a large pan over medium high - high heat while you dice your chicken
2. Add a bit of vegetable oil to the pan, let it heat for several seconds, and add your chicken
3. Sear the chicken for just a few minutes to get some golden brown color - do NOT cook the chicken through - it will finish cooking in the sauce
4. To the chicken, add your other four ingredients, stir to combine, and let everything simmer/boil for several minutes (stirring often) until the sauce has reduced, thickened, and coats the chicken. There shouldn't be much sauce pooled in the pan once it has reduced
5. Optional extra toppings include sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds

INGREDIENTS

1. Fried Tuyo 10-12 pieces medium size
2. Spaghetti Pasta Good for 2-3 Persons
3. Butter 2 Tablespoon
4. Garlic 2 Cloves minced
5. White Onion 1 Medium size
6. Tomatoes 2-3 Medium size
7. Bell Pepper 1 medium size green 1 medium size red
8. Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

1. prepare all your ingredients before cooking
2. Cook your pasta and set it aside. if the instruction says cook for 5 mins, cook it for 4 mins only.
3. Heat up your butter in a pna
4. Saute garlic and onion 
5. Add tomatoes once onion ins translucent
6. Add bell pepper
7. Add the hinimay na tuyo
8. Mix everything until well combine.
9. Turn off heat before adding cooked pasta on the same pan
10.Serve while hot with more tuyo on top.
