Ingredients:

Lumpia Wrapper
Ham
Ground beef
Cheese
White onion
Bell peppers

Preparation:

1. Cook the ground beef in a little bit of oil, add salt and pepper to taste. set aside
2. Julienne cut (cut into long thin strips) all ingredients
3. Wrap it lumpia wrapper
4. Fry
5. serve while hot with pizza sauce

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon Cooking Oil
3 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
1 small white Onion, finely chopped
1 medium size Tomato, chopped
2 cups water
3 Cups Pinakbet Vegetable Mix
Squash, Eggplant, Okra, Sitaw, 
Salt and Pepper to taste
Chilen Chicharon special 80 grams
2 spoonful Bagoong alamang
1/4 cup coconut milk

Preparation:

1. Sautee garlic, onion and tomato in oil add kalabasa first as it cooks the longest
2. Add Bagoong when tomato is soft
3. Add water
4. Add the rest of Pinakbet Vegetables, mix well
5. Add Coconut milk
5. add chicharon, mix until it is soft
5. Cover and simmer until vegetable is cooked
6. Serve hot
7. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:

2 Medium size green mango
1 Medium size white onion
2-3 Ripe Tomatoes
2 Spoonful Ginisang bagoong
Pinch of Pepper

PREPARATION:

1. Slice all ingredients thinly.
2. Mix with pepper and bagoong
3. serve as side for fried fish, pork or chicken
