Pinakbetcharon by Riceype





Ingredients:

1 tablespoon Cooking Oil
3 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
1 small white Onion, finely chopped
1 medium size Tomato, chopped
2 cups water
3 Cups Pinakbet Vegetable Mix
Squash, Eggplant, Okra, Sitaw, 
Salt and Pepper to taste
Chilen Chicharon special 80 grams
2 spoonful Bagoong alamang
1/4 cup coconut milk

Preparation:

1. Sautee garlic, onion and tomato in oil add kalabasa first as it cooks the longest
2. Add Bagoong when tomato is soft
3. Add water
4. Add the rest of Pinakbet Vegetables, mix well
5. Add Coconut milk
5. add chicharon, mix until it is soft
5. Cover and simmer until vegetable is cooked
6. Serve hot
7. Enjoy!
