Nilagang Maling


INGREDIENTS

1 Can Maling
3 Medium size Potatoes
A few leaves of cabbage
1 Medium size ginger
1 Medium size red onion
fish sauce to taste
salt and pepper to taste
about a liter of water

PREPARATION


1. Boil water
2. Add ginger, onion and potatoes
3. Once its on running boil add the maling.
4. Add fish sauce, salt and pepper to taste
5. Add cabbage turn off fire after 2-3 mins
6. Serve and enjoy.
