Sinigang na Tofu



INGREDIENTS:

WATER 5 CUPS
TOMATOES 2 PCS MEDIUM
GREEN CHILLIES 2 PCS MEDIUM
RED ONION 1/2
LADY FINGERS (OKRA)
RADISH (LABANOS)
EGGPLANT (TALONG)
SINIGANG SA SAMPALOK POWDER MIX
WATER SPINASH (KANG-KONG)
TOFU (TOKWA) DEEP FRIED

PREPARATION:


1. Boil 5 cups of water along with tomatoes, chillies and onion.
2. Once its boiling, crush tomatoes and put it back to the water
3. Add all your vegetable except the kang-kong
4. Add sampalok mix
5. Mix well and let it boil some more
6. Add tofu
7. Simmer for a few minutes and then at the very end add your kang-kong and turn off heat
8. Serve with patis
9.Serve with a smile :)
